UK Research & Innovation Science Technologies Facilities Council ISIS: EMU instrument upgrade. Our Involvement: We converted the legacy drawings of the EMU instrument to 3D CAD files and produced the detailed drawings in order to upgrade the cruciform for supporting a framework for vacuum vessels and cryostats, ensuring material data is correctly detailed for stress calculations.

Rolls Royce Nuclear: Sizewell B Multi-Purpose Container Corrosion Simulator. Our Involvement: We assigned our Senior Design Engineer to work on the project, producing detailed drawings from the parts and assemblies provided by the client. Along with the creation and management of the Mechanical BOM.

Atlas Copco Henrob: Teamcenter Data Migration. Our Involvement: We went through all mechanical drawings, 3D CAD files and Mechanical BOM checking for any models with design issues and broken links. Generating Engineering Change Notes for every single part / assembly with design errors for the client to approve, in preparation of Teamcenter Data Migration.

Platinum Stairlifts: Horizon Straight Stairlift. Our Involvement: We designed the plastic covers of the stairlift factoring the injection moulding tooling without compromising on the quality, functional safety and aesthetics of the stairlifts.
